Jessica's Yoga and Pilates Group Class Schedule Spring 2008:

(this schedule represents my drop in yoga and pilates reformer classes. (Special events and classes I'm subbing are also listed) My gym classes at Fitness Formula, The Peninsula and Lakeshore Athletic Club require a gym membership please email me (jessica@smileyogachicago.com) for my gym schedules if you're a member)

12-1 pm Yoga Now
Gold Coast Ashtanga Yoga (all levels welcome half primary series - ending at Navasana)


7:30-9 pm Namaskar Vinyasa Flow Yoga/Ashtanga Inspired
Level 2 (a creative exploration of the primary series with some second series asanas sprinkeled in)

 

9-10:30 am Namaskar Vinyasa Flow Yoga/Ashtanga Inspired Level 2 (a creative exploration of the primary series with some second series asanas sprinkeled in)






10:00-11:30 a.m. Yoga Now Gold Coast Vinyasa Flow/ Ashtanga Inspired Level 2 (a creative exploration of the primary series with some second series asanas sprinkeled in)




* Please bring your yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have a yoga mat there will be community yoga mats available.
* Please remember to drink lots of water the days of your practice
*Please let your instructor know before class is you are pregnant, have never practiced yoga, if you have any injuries, or if you have any special requests.

Namaste Yogis It's good to be back and teaching even though I miss the wonderful weather of India. I loved India and everyone I met and everything I learned there! I 'm looking forward to sharing all the knowledge I was so lucky to learn with you all. I have some new classes this Spring that I'm very excited to annouce! Starting April 1rst I will be teaching a 1/2 primary series Ashtanga Yoga class at Yoga Now Gold Coast Mondays 12-1. If you have done Ashtanga this is a great class to continue to refine the first half of the series. If you haven't done Ashtanga this is the perfect place to start (beginners are welcome)!! Don't be intimidated by this practice it is beautiful and can be modified to fit absolutely any level! Also new at Yoga Now Gold Coast I'm teaching a Friday 10-11:30 Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa Flow which will give us a little more time to dig deeper into the primary series and play with a little second series!
