Jessica's Yoga Group Class Schedule Spring 2009 (last updated 4/18/09):

(this schedule represents my drop in yoga (Special events and classes I'm subbing are also listed) My gym classes at Fitness Formula and Lakeshore Athletic Club require a gym membership please email me (jessica@smileyogachicago.com) for my gym schedules if you're a member)

*I will be doing the 2009 Jivamukti Teacher training this spring from April 20- May 23 all of my classes will have subs please see the websites of individual studios/gyms for sub info*

11a.m.-12:30 p.m. Yoga Now Gold Coast Ashtanga full primary
(level 2 -3 traditional full primary series many modifications given)  


12-1 pm Yoga Now
Gold Coast Ashtanga Yoga 1/2 primary (all levels welcome half primary series - ending at Navasana)


5:45-7:15 pm Yoga Now Gold Coast
Ashtanga full primary
(level 2-3 traditional full primary series many modifications given)

Yoga Now Gold Coast BEACH YOGA at Oak Street Beach will return next season.

9-10:30 am Namaskar Vinyasa Flow Yoga (all levels)



5:00-5:45 am Yoga Now Gold Coast
Morning Express (all levels)

12-1:00 pm
Yoga Now Gold Coast Yoga Basics (level 1 introduction to the basics of yoga asana alignment will be empasized, as well as the breath and a slow flow)




6:00-7:30 pm Yoga Now Gold Coast Ashtanga full primary (level 2-3 traditional full primary series many modifications given)

10:00-11:30 a.m. Yoga Now Gold Coast Vinyasa Flow Level 2




* Please bring your yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have a yoga mat there will be community yoga mats available.
* Please remember to drink lots of water the days of your practice
*Please let your instructor know before class is you are pregnant, have never practiced yoga, if you have any injuries, or if you have any special requests.
