(level 2 -3 traditional full primary series many modifications given) (sub March 18, 25 and april 1st)


12-1 pm
Yoga Now Gold Coast Ashtanga Yoga 1/2 primary(all levels welcome half primary series - ending at Navasana)(subs March 19, 26, and april 2)


6:30-8pm Yoga Now Gold Coast
Ashtanga full primary
(level 2-3 traditional full primary series many modifications given)(subs March 19, 26, and april 2)

8-9 pm Yoga Now Gold Coast Jivamukti Yoga (level 1-2) (subs March 19, 26, and april 2)

7:30-9 pmYoga Now Gold Coast Ashtanga full primary (level 2 -3 traditional full primary series many modifications given)  (subs march 20,27 and april 3)


 

12-1:00 pm
Yoga Now Gold Coast Yoga Basics (level 1 introduction to the basics of yoga asana alignment will be empasized, as well as the breath and a slow flow)(subs March 22 and 29)






6:00-7:30 pm Yoga Now Gold Coast Ashtanga full primary (level 2-3 traditional full primary series many modifications given)(subs March 22 and 29)

10:00-11:30 a.m. Yoga Now Gold Coast Jivamukti Yoga Level 2-3(subs March 23 and 30)

 

**Second Fridays of every other month 7:30-9:45 pm Jivamukti Yoga workshop "Jivalution" at Yoga Now Gold Coast






* Please bring your yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have a yoga mat there will be community yoga mats available.
*Please let your instructor know before class is you are pregnant, have never practiced yoga, or if you have any injuries.
